Welcome to BuyBox. These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using buybox.com and placing an order through our online store. Please read them before purchasing. We aim to display product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and available options accurately. Minor variations in appearance, screen colors, or measurements may occur. Please review the product details and any safety or usage instructions before purchase and use the products only as intended.

3. Prices and Payment

The applicable product price and any required taxes will be shown during checkout before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We currently accept payment through PayPal. Orders are accepted only after successful payment and confirmation.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, information needs correction, or an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Any cancellation or shipment delay will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Where and When We Ship

We currently ship only to eligible street addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 6. Cancellations, Returns, and Quality Guarantee

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@buybox.com. Once shipped, applicable return rules apply. Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of successful delivery, subject to the condition and return-shipping requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. A separate 30-Day Quality Guarantee covers approved non-customer-caused product issues. Please read that policy for full details.

7. Product Use and Safety

Please follow product-specific instructions, warnings, assembly steps, and stated usage limitations. Inspect outdoor seating products before use and place them on stable surfaces. Do not exceed any weight capacity confirmed for the particular model. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights for defective goods.

Text, product images, graphics, and other website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use this website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce its content for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.
